Our Mission
Based on a 43-acre organic farm at the foot of Glastonbury Tor, Paddington Farm Trust aims to transform lives by connecting disadvantaged young people, families and communities from urban areas, particularly London, with nature-based education and activities, whilst empowering the local Somerset and Glastonbury community through volunteering, education and social enterprise. We are committed to promoting nature conservation and environmental responsibility for all.
We provide residential experiences for young people and families from deprived urban areas, enabling them to develop new skills, connect with the natural world, and take part in farm life.
We also run weekly volunteer sessions, including for participants with additional needs, host Forest Schools and nature connection projects and offer a programme of courses, workshops and events for the whole community. And we provide comfortable, rustic accommodation and camping for individuals, families and groups.
As a charity, any profits we make are ploughed back into the farm so that we can continue to provide opportunities to connect with nature and the countryside.

Our core work is hosting charitable and youth groups, but we do also welcome private bookings from families, individuals and other groups.
